All Shared Web Hosting, plans include a 40 day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, we will issue a full refund (minus setup fees if any or domain registration and/or overage charges) if you cancel your account within 40 days.

2. VPS, Dedicated Server or Storage

All VPS, Dedicated server or storage and other similar plans DO NOT offer 40 days money back guarantee. Nevertheless we are offering 30 days, 5 days refund policy on all NEW Client account as stated in the signup page. This is for the new client to try out our services. This does not apply to existing clients who is already subscribed to or past the 7 days refund period.

3. Cloud Server and Cloud Services

All Cloud Servers and Cloud Services and other similar plans DO NOT offer 40 days money back guarantee. 4. Domain Registration

The 40 day money back guarantee does not apply to domain registration or any fees associated with these accounts. Domain registration is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it can not be “returned” until the duration of the domain term has expired.

Because of the nature of SSL, refund varies depending on the brand and type of your SSL. This is outlined when you first purchased the certificate.

5. To Request Cancellation of Service

To cancel any service, please login to your Account Manager and select Services >> My Services >> Product/Services >> View Details >> Management Action >> Request Cancellation.

If for any reason you cannot access your Account Manager, please email us at billing@vizture.net so we can assist you in your cancellation process.

Please note that accounts cancelled/terminated for violation of the Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy and Support Policy does not qualify for the 40-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, phishing and other illegal activities under applicable law(s) as well as the DCMA you will not be given any refund.

6. Processing of Refund Payout

Please allow 1 to 4 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments.

7. Limitations

Because our refund policy is intended to enable new customers to try our services, we limit the refund for new customers only and one refund per person or per company. The refund or money back guarantee does not apply to renewals.

8. Exceptions

In certain circumstances, with our sole discretion we will issue more than one refund per customer on a case to case basis. If you feel as though your situation requires this, please let us know.

Customers who have been suspended for excessive resource usage including high server resource usage and bandwidth (including DDOS) are not entitled to refunds.
